Urban Love with Ryan, Dave & Leighton

Allison Suter and I connected online a while back (you can check out her work at http://www.allisonsuterphotography.com/) and decided to schedule a day for doing some engagement sessions together.  Thankfully the weather was nice (no rain, no snow!)


We met with our first couple, Ryan and Dave as well as their two year old daughter, Leighton for an "urban" session in downtown Toronto.  We started off on a parkade and then made our way around the area where we found some great alleys and doorways.


Ryan and Dave you were great to work with and I think we can all agree that Leighton is a cutie!!!

Happy Anniversary my Love!

Two years ago today, I married my best friend, Matt in a beautiful beach wedding in Port Douglas, Australia.  It had been a lifelong dream of ours to go to Australia and what better way to combine our wedding, honeymoon and trip of a lifetime all in one!  We had an amazing 3 weeks exploring this vast and amazing country.  


This past Thursday, Matt arrived home with a beautiful bouquet of orange and purple tulips (he knows I love bright and happy colours!) and a hug so warm and loving and ready to start what he calls "our anniversary weekend".  


We will be heading up later today to the Mill Tales Inn in Tillsonburg http://milltalesinn.webs.com/ to have a relaxing getaway with our beloved, goldendoodle Abby (yes they have an assigned room where guests can bring their pets!).  


Today, is rainy and damp and dreary outside... quite different from our warm and sunny wedding day. However, none of that matters...We are together, we are happy and healthy and blessed...


Happy Anniversary to my love, my life and my best friend!  Forever, for always, and no matter what...
